We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from A Gentle Wind. We try to describe our recordings carefully and accurately in our catalog. However, if you have purchased a recording that is inappropriate for your child, we will exchange it for another equally priced CD if it is returned in undamaged condition within 15 days. Please include $3.50 for shipping and handling.

The NO FAULT GUARANTEE: A Gentle Wind CDs are guaranteed to meet stringent production standards. We will replace a defective CD at NO charge. But accidents can happen, especially when children are involved. Dog chewed your favorite CD? Tricycle crunched it? Perhaps it went swimming in the washer? No problem. WE WILL REPLACE ANY DAMAGED CD AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. Send us the broken recording with $3.50 per item to cover postage and handling and we’ll mail you a brand new copy, no questions asked. Please don’t forget to include your name and address.
